Bavier Design was retained by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to oversee the redesign of its first of its kind 7,303 RSF Coldwell Banker Global Luxury office at 66 Field Point Road, in Greenwich.

This project included implementing:

• Residential aesthetic to the reception area, including a fireplace, interactive digital listings, soft lighting, and beverage nook.
• Sophisticated color scheme, in accordance with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® brand guidelines- Black, White, Gold, and Blue accents
• Light filled spaces due to glass partitions and open floor plan
• Shared team offices
• Centrally located cafe with privacy screens made with branches
• All new furniture that is clean and timeless in design and not the formerly traditional aesthetic.
